Medical Profile

It is a government compliance and reporting standard that we store a medical profile for each student. Children will NOT be permitted to attend activities without its completion.

It is a priority to keep a comprehensive and updated Medical Profile by the school please ensure you notify the school of any changes to your medical details.

Anaphylaxis

EpiPen and Anapen – It is College policy that secondary school students carry their own adrenaline autoinjector which is in date.

The College stores additional general-purpose devices at various locations around the College. Students who have been diagnosed at risk of Anaphylaxis must supply a copy of their child’s ASCIA Action Plan to the College and complete an Individual Anaphylaxis Management Plan (IAMP) in consultation with College staff. The IAMP should be updated each year to ensure information remains current.

College Policies relation to the management of Anaphylaxis can be found HERE.

The College’s Anaphylaxis Communication Plan can be found HERE.

If your child suffers from a medical condition that has an action and/or management plan eg asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart condition etc please ensure that a copy of the action and/or management plan is provided upon enrolment along with details regarding any medication.

It is a condition of your child’s enrolment that the College is notified of any changes to your child’s medical profile. Please contact College Reception should you wish to update your child’s medical profile.
