Medical Profile

It is a government compliance and reporting standard that we store a medical profile for each student. Children will NOT be permitted to attend activities without its completion.

It is a priority to complete a comprehensive Medical Profile before the first day of school.

The profile task, and due date, will be sent to families via email later in 2024.

EPIPEN, ANAPEN, NEFFY

Secondary school students are expected to self-carry and use their adrenaline injector.

The College stores additional devices and will have a copy of the child’s ASCIA Action Plan if supplied with the Medical Profile.
