Wellbeing Hub Receptionist
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Student Services Team and responds to the needs and enquiries of students. Works in conjunction with the Student Services Coordinator and other Student Services Support officers to provide efficient and timely support to students, families and staff to enhance the wellbeing and learning outcomes for students.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Extensive relevant administrative experience. Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational, time management and data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience working in a team environment, in particular collaborating with others.
- Current First Aid Certificate

This salary is in accordance with an Education Support Officer, Level 2 under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022, or as varied from time to time.
