Property & Maintenance Manager


We currently have an exciting opportunity available at the College as Property & Maintenance Manager, in an ongoing full-time position. You will be responsible for ensuring that the grounds, buildings, furniture, equipment, and resources are maintained to the highest standard, with safety as your first priority, and you will be heavily involved with the ongoing development of the College.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience related to the building and construction industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, and able to build in flexibility when necessary.
  • Experience with leading and managing small teams and key contractors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the use and care of tools and equipment.

The salary range for this position is between $76,000 – $82,000 and will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate. This salary is in accordance with a Student Support Officer, Category A – Level 4 under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018.
