Accounts Receivable Officer

 

We are now seeking applications for the newly created role of Accounts Receivable Officer. This is a permanent-part time position (0.75 FTE), and the hours of work are flexible to suit the needs of the right candidate. The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for all aspects of the college’s accounts receivable function, and will play a pivotal role by providing additional support to the Finance team.

 

The successful applicant will:

  • be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and have the ability to deliver the requirements of the position description,
  • possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide thorough and efficient support to the college community,
  • have an understanding of, and a willingness to work within the Catholic ethos, and
  • be subject to a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check.

 

This is a Category B Level 3 position under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018 and the hourly rate will range from $35.21 – $39.89 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience.
