
Human Resources Leader
(fixed-term contract)
A new and exciting opportunity is open for suitably experienced persons for the full time, Fixed Term position of Human Resources Leader to commence in 2024. This is a Category C position under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. Salary will range from $87,615- $104,091 and will be commensurate with skills and experience.
The Human Resources Leader will support the development and implementation of programs and practices to support the College’s goals and strategic intentions. This role ensures staff employment and management processes are rigorous, accurate and effective. To this end, the Human Resources Leader ensures human resources processes are aligned with best practice, reflect the Catholic ethos and contribute to ensuring that the workplace environment supports the professional growth and wellbeing of staff.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a willingness to work within the Catholic ethos
- The successful applicant will possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide thorough and efficient support to the college via Human Resources.
- The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified, holding a bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
- The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check.
