CEW Project Officer

(3-year contract, 20 hours per week)


Catholic Education Wodonga (CEW) is now looking for its next Project Officer, commencing as soon as possible. CEW Council is designed to meet the needs of the Wodonga Catholic community and replace parts of the individual governance structures of the four schools with a single shared structure. The CEW Project Officer is the key link in supporting the needs of each four schools and developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships within the community. This position will be based primarily at Catholic College Wodonga but will assist and meet with each CEW school as required.


The four schools that make up the CEW structure are St Augustine’s Primary School, St Monica’s Primary School, St Francis of Assisi, and Catholic College Wodonga.

  • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively problem solve, manage conflicting priorities, and achieve results to a deadline.
  • Experience in creating, developing, and maintaining networks with local organisations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an advanced level of oral and written communication.
  • Understanding of the Catholic nature of Catholic Education Wodonga schools.

The salary range for this position is between $43,700 – $49,776 and will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate. This salary is in accordance with an Education Support Officer, Category B – Level 4 under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018, or as varied from time to time.
